The Fire Filter capture's 99% of all harmful airborne particles, reducing the exposure to health-altering contaminants.

The Fire Filter uses the vehicle's existing HVAC built-in cartridge space and replaces an inefficient, lightweight, unsealed paper filter with a very durable, aluminum-framed HEPA-like sealed filter. Standard-duty Cabin air filters are commonly used in Firefighting vehicles. However, standard-duty replaceable filters cannot operate effectively in severe applications such as smoke, dirt, or off-road wildland firefighting. Harmful sub-micron particles are especially present in smokey and dusty firefighting conditions. Our cabin filter is designed to replace conventional cabin filters with a durable, highly efficient filter.

Some Fire Apparatus manufacturers offer air scrubbers or cumbersome air filtration modules as an option. These scrubbers and air-cleaning modules must be added to the cabin. They can cost thousands of dollars per unit and consume valuable cabin space. The Fire Filter provides far superior cabin air filtration of outside air into the interior of firefighting vehicles at an economical price.
The Fire Filter does not require any equipment changes, vehicle modifications, or additional expensive components, simply insert and go!
Firefighters/First responders are frequently exposed to particulate matter in smoke during their fire suppression duties. Particulate matter exposure may play a critical role in firefighters acquiring two diseases: cancer and heart disease. Two recent studies have strengthened the association between firefighting as an occupation and an increase in the incidence of certain cancers found in the respiratory, digestive, and urinary systems when compared to the general population. This inhaled particulate matter during firefighting could be a causative factor for some of these cancers.
(Information from NCBI and NIOSH study)
Cancer is a leading cause of death among firefighters. Firefighting settings are complex. They can expose firefighters to many dangerous substances, including gases, vapors, and particulates. Some of these substances are known or suspected to cause cancer. Research shows firefighting can increase the risk of certain types of cancer
